This week we are honoring RPLL's Major Rays

After finishing the regular season as the 3rd seed with
a 13-6 record, the RPLL South Major Rays won three
straight tournament games to claim the 2008 RPLL
South Championship.  This is the second year in a row
that the Rays, coached by Joel DeVos, Marty Steele
and Bob Whitney, have won the South Division.  The
team will be representing the RPLL South Majors in the
upcoming Tournament of Champions.

The players on the team include Alex Bartlett, Trent
Campbell, Cole DeVos, Dakota Dickerson, Nathan
Gehrke, Andrew Harris, Micah Konzen, Nick Manuche,
Mack Meeks, Joel Rodriguez, Dylan Steele and Kary
Whitney.
